Phase 1 - Demolish existing wall that was falling apart.

Phase 2 - Remove rock and debris from wall demolition and start to shave/contour slope.

Phase 3 - Contour and bring in fresh high quality topsoil and feather it all in.

Phase 4 - Seed with high quality seed and straw and set up the sprinklers with electronic timers. Grass came in lush and green!
